The day’s program begins with an Introduction to ECKANKAR, the Path of Spiritual Freedom, original music, and spiritual discussion circles. After a potluck lunch, we continue with more music and discussion, and a workshop to Raise Your Spiritual IQ. Try a contemplative spiritual exercise using HU, an ancient mantra and sacred sound.
